How it works
Sign in with your email
No passwords to set. We send a one-time link to your inbox. Your account is created automatically the first time.
Connect your bank account
We use regulated open banking to read your transaction history. Supports Dutch and most European banks. You can connect multiple accounts.
Your report is prepared automatically
We analyse your income, spending, and balance health over the past several months and produce a structured summary. Raw transactions are never stored.
Share with landlords on your terms
Each share is a unique link with an expiry date. You can revoke access at any time - instantly. The landlord sees the report, not your bank account.
Your privacy is the product
- Your raw transactions are never stored on our servers.
