Reports generated by the Platform are indicative assessments based on connected bank transaction data and do not constitute credit scores, credit ratings, or financial advice.
CreditGlance does not make decisions about rental applications, loans, or employment. All such decisions are made exclusively by the requester. CreditGlance is not liable for any decision made on the basis of a report.
Open banking regulation
Bank connections are facilitated through regulated Payment Initiation Service Providers (PISPs) and Account Information Service Providers (AISPs) operating under PSD2. CreditGlance does not directly access banking infrastructure. Third-party providers are listed in our privacy policy.
Anti-discrimination
The Platform is designed to provide objective, data-driven assessments based solely on financial behaviour. Reports must not be used as the basis for decisions that discriminate on grounds protected by applicable law, including nationality, ethnicity, gender, age, disability, or religion.
Intellectual property
All content, software, trademarks, and design elements on the Platform are the property of CreditGlance B.V. and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.
